Creation – “In Nature“
This pathway is found in people who best find their connection with God when they are surrounded by the sights and sounds of his created world. Being outdoors increases their awareness of God and they draw many spiritual analogies from nature. These people find much comfort and peace interacting with the beauty of God’s world. To grow in this spiritual pathway try moving your study or prayer time outdoors, perhaps going for a walk as you pray. Find favorite places to go outdoors where you can get away and be with God.
Guard against thinking that you can worship God in nature on your own, without the need for corporate worship. Find balance by staying connected in corporate worship or by taking God’s Word with you as you enjoy the beauty of creation.
