Contemplation – “Silence/Meditation

For people with this pathway, they relish the opportunity to have long periods of time to be alone with God. They guard their lives from busyness so that they can engage in times of personal reflection, prayer, private worship and connecting with God’s Word. They are deep thinkers and in tune and sensitive to the workings of God around them and his leadings. To grow in this spiritual pathway explore the different spiritual disciplines and put them into practice. Regularly schedule times to be alone with God where you won’t be interrupted or distracted.

Guard against being critical of others because their quiet times do not look like yours. Find balance by staying relationally connected with others, praying for them, or working with them in their ministry.
