Serving – “Completing tasks

This pathway is reflected in people who are always volunteering to serve others and doing the work of the kingdom. They look for places where they can plug in and often don’t need to be asked. They are the laborers in the kingdom who are willing to respond to God’s call to fill a need or complete a task. They connect with God by joyfully using their gifts and abilities. To grow in this spiritual pathway be in prayer about where God can use you and then respond to his leading to get involved.

Guard against thinking that your service earns God’s love in your life or complaining that others do not serve as much as you do. Balance your service by making time to be involved with a small group and practice the ability to also receive love from others.
