Sr. High Ministry

Youth_ministry

PWC cares very much about children. You can know your children are being cared for and growing in their relationship and knowledge of Jesus through “The Source” ministry (9:15 am) and nursery during our worship services. The Early Learning Center childcare and preschool programs are for ages 2 ½-6 (303-699-TOTS), and our Christian School offering classes for Kindergarten to 8th grade (303-766-7116). There are Wednesday night groups for Jr. High Students at 5:00 p.m., and our active Sr. High Students ministry for students.

Our ministry exists to help students have a saving relationship with God, have growing relationships with other students, and build relationships with a world in need.

How Do We Live This Out?

MERGE!:
MERGE is a great place to hang out with friends and have a lot of fun this fall! We meet most Sundays at 5:00 p.m. but check out the schedule for more information.

Souled Out!:
Souled Out is a ministry dedicated to high school students. On Sunday nights, we have a time of incredible worship, Bible teaching and small groups. Dan Lillpop will lead our worship time each week.  We meet every Sunday night at 6:15 p.m.

Great Ways To Serve:
Some people need service hours and some just want to make a difference! Don’t miss how you can get involved with our downtown ministry feeding those who need a little extra to eat.  Peace In The Park meets in the kitchen at noon on the first Sunday of each month.

The Landing:
Students can break patterns of unhealthy behavior through the community, teaching, and experiences they will discover at The Landing. Together, they will examine the past decisions that led them to where they are today. They’ll talk about the patterns and behaviors that keep them trapped and pursue life changing freedom found in healthy relationships and great Bible truth. This Celebrate Recovery group meets Sunday nights at 7:30 p.m.

Backpacking Trips:
Students are challenged to go the next level as Christ followers by going on one of our outback backpacking trips. In previous years we have backpacked Gila National Forest, Wyoming, and Canada. Students lives are impacted by time in the Word, with other students and being challenged to grow in their leadership skills.
